Is it Lupin and his alter-ego, the werewolf?

No correct guess so far, but Choices is on the right track!
Batman and Robin -comic cartoons,
Give a feeling of being over the moon.
Guessed: Animagi, Luna Lovegood, Lupin/Werewolf Lupin

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
Sorry, Choices. It has nothing to do with Hagrid or his brother, though I can see where you would get that. (psst, go back to your old thought about the word moon.)

It can't be Lupin and Fenrir Greyback, can it?

Sorry, not a vampire, or a werewolf.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
Is it the Wolfsbane Potion? I have no idea how that fits with Batman and Robin, but it helps a werewolf get "over (the effects of) the moon." They "feel" normal.

Sorry, not the Map or the Wolfsbane potion, but you are on the right track! The last line does have something to do with a werewolf.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
No traffic here in over 24 hours! You know, when I read comic books as a kid it was the action scenes that stood out. A single syllable in each cell. The old live-action tv series used the same format. I was reminded of those scenes at times while reading HP.

Erm... Now you make me think of Trelawney's crystal balls in the battle of Hogwarts. She was throwing them at Greyback if I remember correctly.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
Sorry, still not quite there, however, the existance of this does have to do with the moon's effect on Lupin.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
I'm sorry, I don't have a guess. I'm totally stumped. I just thought I would think out loud a bit on here and maybe it would help someone else get a bit closer to a guess. So we know it has something to do with the moon's effect on Lupin and something to do with phases. When I think of the old Batman TV series I just think of those scenes with 'BIFF' and 'POW' and things like that, but I just can't make a connection.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
I'm confunded also. I know we are dancing around the answer with Lupin and the moon, but I am at a loss as to where to go next. I can't work out how Bam! or Ka-Boom! and Batman and Robin figure in the answer.

Re: Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II)
Verity, the "BAM!" "POW!" scenes are exactly what I had in mind. Remind you of anything at Hogwarts? If not, think of Lupin and everything to do with his time there.
