1. Is it a tangible object?  No.
2. Is it a living thing? No.
3. Is it a place? No.
4. Just to clarify--is it a person? No. Sorry.
5. Do we read about it in more than one book? No.
6. Is it something magical? No, I don't think the answer itself can be called magical, but it may well have had to do with magic. However, we don't know that for sure.
7. Is this an idea or concept? Yes, something like that.
8. Do we read about it in more than one book? No.
9. Do we read about it in an odd-numbered book? No.
10. Do we read about it in a book with "of" in the title? No.
11. Just to make sure ... is it in HBP? (Hey, you could be thinking of Fantastic Beasts or Quidditch through the Ages.) Yes, it is in HBP.
12. Is this concept something that is carried throughout the book (rather than appearing just in the beginning, middle, or end?) No.
13. Is this concept connected to or at least heard about in a class situation? No.
14. Is it a character who mentions this concept? Yes.
15. Is it a student who mentions this? Yes and no. It is not a student who first brings up the subject, but it could also be said that a student mentions it.
