This is the 7th post on this page, so there are 8 more left. But please do not exceed the 2 posts left for this story, so that there are enough posts left to post the story, the stats, etc., and a 'closing out the thread' message at the very end. Logically, there should be 15 posts on this last (67th) page, but I'm not absolutely sure that's true. So it's better to be on the safe side. Thanks! that of bright, neighbourly Venus.

Well we have 1 post left, but we might not need it. This could be the end. Unless someone can think of a suitable five words to finish off with.

Verity, sounds like a good ending to me!

So I'll use the one post left to declare this story officially F I N I S H E D! Things are busy at school, so I won't be posting this story until some time later this week. As is custom, this thread will be locked, and the new one, too, until Story #137 and its stats are posted.

Stay tuned! Potty Game: Five Words (Vol. XIV) - Page 41 2752390508

EDIT: Sorry for the delay, folks. Muggle life is busy at the moment. Hope to post by the end of the weekend.

Five Words: "'The Daily Prophet' - Today's Horoscopes"

10th June 2011

Today's Horoscopes
  ~ with guest astrologer
  Firenze the Centaur

Gemini – The full Moon's rising in your house, marking an unexpected yet fortuitous change in fortune for those who take care to heed friends' warnings.

Cancer – A period of turbulence will end as Mars begins to wane, making this an optimal time to refurbish your recent rocky relationships.

Leo – Something long-desired will occur when Jupiter aligns with Venus. A stranger will visit, bearing wondrous gifts. Accept them with grace.

Virgo – As the days lengthen, many opportunities will present themselves. Beware of taking advantage of too many at once or risk failure in capitalizing on any.

Libra - Planetary forces are balancing with difficulty, causing a rift between Mercury at zenith and Venus at perihelion. This means that one should proceed with caution.

Scorpio - An uncommon conjunction between Uranus and Neptune brings back a long-forgotten moment of regret. Make every attempt to respond with wisdom and courage.

Sagittarius – When Cassiopeia and Andromeda align, it is time to focus your undivided attention on your family. Loved ones will appreciate some considered contemplation.

Capricorn - As Saturn traverses the degrees of Aquarius, friendships can be severely tested. If not handled with patience and understanding, they will be broken, irrevocably.

Aquarius – Your metaphysical mind will be stretched to its absolute limit as Saturn begins its ascendency. It would be wise to guard against unwanted intrusions.

Pisces - Take care, for during the full Moon, unexpected difficulties may arise while flying. Limit broomstick travel that evening, taking flight only if it is unavoidable.

Aries - The combined influence of the sun and Mercury brings a season of peace and tranquility. Now is the time for some thoughtful contemplation.

Taurus - This is the perfect moment to make important decisions and plans for the future as the Earth's axial orbit mirrors that of bright, neighborly Venus.

Potty Five Words: "'The Daily Prophet' - Today's Horoscopes"

- Potteraholic, Jun 23, 2011 7:09 am: Thanks for your patience, Five Worders... Story #137 is finally up! Potty Game: Five Words (Vol. XIV) - Page 41 2752390508 And we're starting Volume XV with story #138!

I liked the horoscopes we thought of for Firenze. They sounded serious and calm, like Firenze. But I think I preferred the zaniness of the ones we wrote for Sybill Trelawney. Some of them were quite hilarious. Potty Game: Five Words (Vol. XIV) - Page 41 1003735042
Spoiler:
Please take a few minutes to read Firenze's horoscope and post a quick comment about it.

- Julia H., Jun 23, 2011 7:32 am: I enjoyed Firenze's horoscope. For me, it activated some rarely used vocabulary. Potty Game: Five Words (Vol. XIV) - Page 41 2752390508

- Verity Weasley, Jun 23, 2011 10:48 am: I agree that Trelawney's horoscopes were more fun to write, as they were very zany and funny. However, I think we did well to rise to the challenge of capturing Firenze's mastery of vague-ness. And I agree with Julia, that it was a good chance to use some interesting vocabulary.
