Yep, the quote is correct. The speaker, however is Madam Pince. Harry and Hermione have been in the library studying, and she has come to tell them the library is closed. She catches a glimpse of the Half-Blood Prince's potions book Harry has and begins yelling at him about the writing in it. It certainly does sound like the portrait, though ... I'd never even thought of it before.

Lizzy, I keep whatever game I'm running on a "sticky note" on my desktop, and I work from it. Even so, I occasionally make some spectacular goofs. I guess it's being human, eh?
