Some questions were hard to answer. It could be carried, though no one's ever going to do that. When McGonagall used it, it was at Carrow's insistence so he could check on his sister; so that wasn't really in defense of the castle.

That was a really good puzzle and I know what you mean by some questions were difficult to answer. Sometimes it's hard to answer and not give too much away.
