Clyffe, I have a very small, deserted castle on a rocky sea cliff on the coast of Scotland that's just perfect for brooding if you need a place to.....brood, I guess. While I understand that flavors are limited at this time I am requesting an equal allotment of any and all available flavors as of June 15th. I will need delivery of said beverages no later than noon, June 20th. Once I receive verification of this order, I will send you a draft from my Gringotts account for the amount due.

I also understand that the Snape beverage company has had some early success with other food and beverage items. If this is so, I would be interested in setting up a catering contract with your company for the week of June 21st to June 28th. Many of us are getting bored of the Jello that somehow got into the lake.

Gina, can I get a look at that ginger wolfsberry with wolfsbane drink? Or have I seen that already? And could you ask Severus for me if it's true about sugar nullifying the effect? I have other sources that state that, but all information of that nature leads back to him and I have reason to wonder about it's veracity.

Carina, are you sure 120 cases will be enough? I think everyone in St. Mungo's other than the full-time staff will have checked in there, and I think I'm the only one who'll be there for less than a day.

The ginger wolfsberry is new. We've test marketed it. I did not advance you any during the last full moon because of the potential loss of profit and copyright. Nothing personal, dear. If you haven't reserved your spot in the DON'T BOTHER ME, I'M READING! wing, you must do so as soon as possible. I understand that they are filling up quickly and only have a limited number of lake view rooms (I've been assured that the Jello will be cleared by then). Double occupancy is available. I've booked the main ballroom for the main festivities. Formal robes are encouraged, but not required. The concierge has assured me that we will be well taken care of and I have asked him to remove all calamari from the premises. Gina, I hope there won't be a problem if we have to up the order a bit, and thank your darling Severus for the lovely extras. I hope we can count on you both at our little get-together.

Wait - someone was taking reservations, because I thought I reserved mine ages ago, like in January or something. If there are no actual reservations - I might just stay in my "My Fanfiction is driving me Crazy" ward. It should be pretty quiet on June 21st, seeing as ya'll will be crammed into the "Don't Bother Me I"m Reading Ward" My room has a private bath, and beautiful view of the lake and the Quidditch field. Also, I've had it soundproofed - so anyone who wants to party from now until June 19th, can come join me.. – It’s on the 5th floor, right across from the "Don't Bother Me I'm Reading" ward entrance.

Yes, today is my birthday and I am fortyse...uhh, 23 years old! So, in order to celebrate I'm having a party in my room. I have three big screens TVs in my room playing various movies for the entire party (X-men, HP[of course], LOTR, and anything else that crosses our mind). the one and only Gandalf will arrive at midnight for some stupendous fireworks, and Elvis (yes, THE Elvis, in his ghostly form!!!) will provide for our singing pleasure all his number one songs from2 am till 5 am.

Please bring NO presents, as your insane wit, impressive sense of humor, glorious personalities, and undying friendship is all I need (although I wouldn't say no to a bottle of Ogden's Old Firewhiskey) I've ordered 63 pizzas with various delectable toppings, have plenty of Cheez-its and buffalo wings, plus a veggie tray with yummy Ranch dip. BYOB (Snape Beverages strongly encouraged!)

As a birthday present to myself I have bought a fax machine with anticipation of faxes pages from a certain book "borrowed" from an undisclosed source.

Be there or be square!

(PS, Kip, if you happen to get a bill in the mail for 63 pizzas from "Pizzas R Us", well, it really wasn't from me!)

Don't worry about the pizza bill! I just added it to Lucius Malfoy's credit card to go as a miscellaneous expense for the Longbottoms. He will never catch it and even if he does, he can do anything about it. How do you think we paid the bills on the Forums for the things you guys constantly use or destroy! No big thing, he's got more than two Knuts to rub together! Not only that, if he gets too huffy, I will let the word out about why he had to marry Narcissa.

OK guys, May 23rd is my Birthday, a little over one week away!!! I have decided (since it's a Friday) to reserve the whole It's My Birthday Let's Have A Party ward (IMBLHAP) for all of next weekend. It's St. Mungo's newest floor addition complete with a kitchen, bowling alley, pool, skating rink, shopping center, Quidditch Field, Library (fully stocked with HP books...), and a movie theatre showing Alan Rickman movies all day. BTW-- It has a HUGE window view of the lake!!! Now, I decided to give at least a week’s notice to make sure everyone knew about it. I'm ordering all kinds of pizza and stuff, but your welcome to bring as much of whatever... (Don't worry... it, too, will be billed to Luscious...) Anyways-- I'm off to visit the DIGS ward since I've been scarce there lately... (Just finished CATS Testing, now here comes the final exams.... and my trip to Washington D.C... and all these stupid projects the teachers have dumped on us...)

That's what they want you to believe, anyway, Nagini. However, the following is the truth:

Chaos is the illusion.

There is an order, Nagini, an evil order to the universe. Charms? Transfiguration? Potions? All tools for children. They will never give us real truth or power.

Chuck E. Cheese's would be great if it wasn't for the kids, loud music, and bad pizza (which sometimes tastes okay). Okay, even the kids would be fine, if parents had some sort of control. Does your Chuck E. Cheese have the rules about entering and leaving with a parent? I went to my friends’ little brother’s birthday there when I was 17. We tried to leave early - seeing as we drove separately, and they made us go get my friends mom to sign us out. BTW - I think my boggart would be one of those scary people in costumes.

Penny, you forgot your Mouse friend. Yes, Mr. Mouse, she went right down that hall over there... Yep, take that right and then the 3 1/3 left after that, go down a slide, climb the ladder that will appear after you clap three times 24 steps after the window from which you can see the north shore of Jello Lake, spin really fast on the landing that you come out on with your eyes closed(be careful not to fall or you have to start over again), start walking straight (eyes still closed), and then you run into a wall, walk through the wall after taking about a 20 ft running start, walk up the stairs that are on the other side backwards with one finger on your nose, do that cool gymnastics thing where you flip end over end on the floor down the hall at the top of the stairs, crab walk through the portal that will appear at the end, then after you reach a mirror (approximately 5 68/35 Giant Squid lengths after Josh's room), knock on the floral pattern to the left of it, proceed down the secret hallway on your tiptoes, take a right when you come out, head past the DIGS ward for approximately the width of a baby killer whale, and you'll be at Penny's room.

Thank you Dr. Sam for the watermelon. I must say however that the seeds are absolutely nasty (fish eyes - YUCK!).

Now that I am able to contemplate the physical compared to the metaphysical, I find my purpose in the universe much more secure as an instrument of peace than of chaos - even though the process almost always appears as chaos. I MUST remain focused on the greater design and learn to bend my own will into alignment with true power.

*shake my head* Whoa - that was definitely NOT Slytherin Prefect's brain! Oh well, I'm not particularly ambitious...

Penny - how was the wedding? You didn't really marry Chucky Cheese did you? Should we call you Penny R. now? Is it too late for the bridal shower? I brought you a bouquet of lilacs - they come complete with a pollen on/off switch. Now, how do I get them to your room - I can't remember if I place my finger alongside my nose or up it while on the stairs.

I have had a recurring nightmare over the last several nights, you guys... It was always the same thing. I dreamed there was no Harry Potter Forum, and no Lexicon. My life was filled with mundane Muggle things like a job, dirty dishes and laundry, and responsibilities. I only had other muggles with whom to talk, and...this is the worst part...hardly anyone was interested in Harry Potter. It was truly awful. It was like a never ending dream. And then I kept dreaming I could login and post...and then, it was gone. I kept trying to come home and I just couldn't get there. I would post, and the next day my post wasn't even there. Did anyone else have nightmares like this?

Thank you so very much for the detailed posting of the email from Lucius Malfoy. This is not the first time that Lucius has questioned accounting procedures; however due to my time retrains at present and knowing how Lucius loves to be very picky at times, I feel that it will be weeks before I have the opportunity to explain all the charges on his credit cards. If you receive further email, please have them posted.

Just between you and me, Lucius is a very generous wizard and comes from a long line of generous wizards. The amount charged to him actually gives him tax benefits beyond his actual costs. He just loves to gripe every now and then to give a little bit of favorable publicity for the Malfoy name. I dare say he will probably berate me again being that it is his way of showing that he likes attention other than that recently forced on him by the Ministry of Magic.

Also I still have some dirt on him if he tries to get a little more pompous than the image he normally tries to project. I don't have a Marauders map, sorry Denise. At first I used the holes that Sam drilled to go from the St. Mungo's fallout shelter to the St. Mungo's fallout shelters' fallout shelter. But since the fallout shelter got closed down, the St. Mungo's that had to be sheltered seems to be opening up again :hits a doxy away: Although not without some trouble. There isn't a shortcut between the fallouts shelters' fallout shelter and the sheltered fell-out YET! But you can go up two stairs, then second to the left, down a step, third to the right and the fourth door in a line of three if you come from the fallouts shelters' fallout shelter to here. And if you want to go from here to the fallouts shelters' fallout shelter you can just walk up to that gargoyle over there and say: "Sugarspider".

In the mean time we just have to wait for Gina to make a trail of Snape beverage labels, for Dorothy to make us a nice yellow brick road or for Cliff and Sam to come along with their drill.

The Snape beverages certainly result in the amelioration of serious psychotic symptoms, Marè. I believe it has kept my Doxycidal Mania under control for quite a while, at least until it wore off and those nasty little buggers starting attacking me. Perhaps you and Severus should start your own line of Pharmaceuticals. He is, after all, a Potions Master, and I imagine you all would be rolling in money after a few years’ time. We all now he produces a very fine Wolfsbane potion. Remus told me himself how well it worked. he wishes he had a more ready availability of it, for obvious reasons. I know the market for it would be worth the production costs.

Denise! Welcome back!! Did Cliff and Clyffe return, also? (How did Wilhelmina fit through the air ducts???)

Kip, you're welcome for the letter. I get dozens of owls a day with letters just like that one, but they are mostly addressed TO Lucius, and mostly they have the words "IRATE" and "AUDIT INFORMATION - OPEN IMMEDIATELY." Usually I just chuck them in the fire. How odd to hear from you he is really generous, and that some of his behavior may just be an act to keep up family appearances. Never saw that one coming. I hear the Quibbler is offering big bucks for stories about the Malfoys - confidentiality guaranteed! Maybe you could make a little extra Christmas money with what you know!

We had some really great discussions going on the EZ Board. Now that we're on another EZ Board, I feel like the wind has been knocked out of my sails. I think I'm gonna lay low and work on my fanfiction.

Did I tell you I have a story up? It's at fanfiction.net because it's not appropriate for this forum. I felt sorry for Snape after PS/SS, so I'm giving him a 'summer intern with benefits'. (He and I didn't officially meet until CoS, so it isn't cheating).

Gina, the moderator idea has been in the works for WX for ages. It has only been the problems here that have kept Kip from putting them in place. Many of the people who post already do "moderator" like things by pointing out where other threads exist and such. They just act as extra eyes for Kip and I when we can't be around.

No one likes the constant board changes, trust me when I say that we (Kip and I) don't like them one little bit. We have tried to keep things as constant as we can until we can move back here.

Here you go ladies - have a pink Alice Band for your hair. I brought enough for all. I'm not sure this pink hoody goes with my uniform, but I'll wear it for Sam. I brought a trunk full of iced Chameleon Potion. A few sips and you can look like plaid wallpaper or a dungeon wall! Where's the guest of honor?

I am Viola, I was hired to do a gig here at St. Mungo's to entertain the patients. I advertised myself as a violist who could play in tune. After my performance they came at me with a very pretty red jacket and said "We have just the place for you," As they escorted me to my own ward I heard the nice men mutter to each other, "She must me really insane if she thinks anyone can play a viola in tune. What was she thinking!"

Gina - I'm having a girl. We'll name her Aria Faith, although Severus is a fabulous name. As far as birth location, if I can make it to St. Mungo's, that would certainly be my preference. For back up though, I do have a wonderful muggle doctor and it will probably be more feasible for me to have her near home at the local muggle hospital. Home births are basicly illegal in SD - go figure - even here in the wild west where we otherwise get to do whatever we want. Everyone but pregnant women, that is... On the plus side, the grocery store insists on sending help to load my car for me, I haven't opened a door on my own for a few weeks, and I get to sit wherever everyone else thinks would be most comfortable. And remember this is the northern US where chivalry is otherwise dead. 7 & 1/2 weeks til my official due date - yikes!

*Takes a big swig of butterbeer & drinks to Hermione's birthday yesterday.*

Denise - talking like a pirate really worked for me. Either that or sic-ing the parrot on the orderly. The command he responds to most aggresively is to stick out your tongue and go, "THPTHPTHPTHPTPHTHTPHTHTHTTPTHPTHPHTPHTPT!" It also works well to get jello out of your mouth. Just be sure to pull your tongue back in before the parrot sees it.

Yeah, she's got these long bandy legs that she hasn't quite fully gotten control of (she's 10 weeks old but I think she was the runt of her litter). So, she runs and sometimes slides on the floor trying to stop. And she scrambles to climb up onto things and tends to slide and fall trying to get back down again. hee

So, I thought Nymphadora was most suiting. Also, I did a little digging on the name and it implies a fair maiden who is a beautiful gift. Or else, a gift of something still in its larval stage (ie not fully developed). Either one worked for her! But it did get me thinking about the character, and I plan to post when it opens up again...

Severus wasn't too thrilled about the name. He really wanted a boy and have it be named Severus Jr. or Salazar, but alas it was a girl...

I just love s'mores. Here, let me get a wheelbarrow of Hershey bars from my private stash. I always keep some on hand. (Honest) What a nice lovely bonfire. I'll just stick a marshmellow on the end of my bow, after placing an inflamable spell on it of course.

Abby, you should be able to roast an entire bag at once on your bagpipes!

Well, I'm glad to see that even thought I haven't been out of my room often, the AR film festivals still go on. Now - GUESS WHAT??? Alan Rickman, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth and some other people are all going to be in one movie - together. Its called "Love Actually" and comes out sometime in November. I got the press release like a month ago, and didn't even look at it until today.. GRRr. NO stills of AR??!!!

Yeah, I saw parts of it on Entertainment Tonight a few weeks ago. I believe Hugh Grant is playing the prime minister, which for some reason strikes me as incredibly amusing. heeheehee. Wait, even better, Billy Bob Thornton is the president of the US. heeheeheehee.

Viola - Red straightjackets are quite nice - especially the ones (slightly) modified with extra arms & squid buttons & buckles.

(Puts one on a semi-unconscious Josh to demonstrate the lovely features, using two of the extra arms to prop him up against the furniture, one to hold his rubber snake, and one with a spell to slap anyone who comes near to disturb his sleep.)

If anyone in this place deserves a "Squid-Jacket", it's Slytherin Prefect. I just hope he finds the ever-so-convenient inside zipper before he gets wrathful.

Though it was hot pink, rather than pastel, but whatever. It was a pink hoodie nonetheless. I only vaguely remember owning it, but I tried it on, with every intention of wearing it to see POA, but two things changed my mind: 1) A sweatshirt? In June? In Louisiana? As if!! 2) It didn't fit. I haven't worn it since I was about eleven or twelve. Darn growing up. Oh well.

I'm back from my exchange to Beauxbaton. I'm sssooooo glad to be back at St. Mungo's.

Beauxbaton was a bit of a culture shock and took a while to adjust. On Saturday, the day before I was supposed to leave, someone stole my portkey. I contacted the MoM, but they told me I couldn't get a new one until Tuesday. The Mom was closed on Monday for a holiday. So, I had to spend two more days there until the MoM opened again. By golly, I was the first in line for portkeys, because I did not want to miss the time for my portkey departure.

Luckily, Grandma could stay the extra two days to watch the children.

By the way, the french word for squid is Calamar, and it was on the menu at several of the restaurants that I went to. Of course I did not order it!

Ah, it is so good to be back at St. Mungo's.

I would much rather ride a horse -- or a broomstick -- than drive a car, but then I don't have to beg for a ride to the theatre to see POTC and HP3 (when it comes) a million times.

Don't worry Penny. I'm 34 and, despite actually getting my license at 18 after a half a dozen driving lessons, I never really learned to drive and haven't gotten behind the wheel as a result.

I suppose it doesn't help that I live in NYC, where driving is more of a contact sport than mode of transport...

I'm 17 and old enough to start learning to drive now. My brother is all set to teach me. But I'm not really interested.

Madam Poppy, food is more dangerous than we think! Poor you! I hope it's been taken care of already. I once cracked a tooth on movie theater popcorn two days before I was flying to see my husband at Christmas. My dentist had to put a temporary silver cap on it, which was tres chic, let me tell ya.

No Marie, my tooth didn't start to really hurt till after closing time on Friday. (Of course!) I was trying to hang in till after pay day, sigh. Just what we needed this month, another bill. I knew that I shouldn't have saved that toothache smilie, I jinxed myself!

Missed that show Pyro. There is a new program we saw (on Friday?) that debunks incorrect stories. They were putting silverware and foil in a microwave but stopped short of putting a poodle in. (Have you heard the story about the lady who tried to dry her poodle in her microwave? Eewww)
They also showed how microwaved water can explode. FYI, you have to use distilled water and put a spoon or teabag in the water. It had something to do with the pure water . Dah...can't remember the rest of the explanation. Anyway, I think it is a regular weekly show, check it out.

Have you heard the story about the lady who tried to dry her poodle in her microwave? Eewww.

I don't know whether to be shocked or laugh! Is it true? Cos if it is then probably the first one. Poor poodle. But if it isn't, then it's funny.

Did any of the British people on here see the episode of Eastenders where the budgie got sucked up the vacuum cleaner cos Jim (the idiot!! ) was cleaning out the bird cage with it!! Almost sounds like the kind of thing poor old Neville would do! Let's just hope Ron never asks him to clear out Pigwidgeon's cage! *shudders*

So what's this Snape drink I've heard about, then?

Oh, Poppy, I know how you feel! I broke a tooth on a Lifesaver Holes. I got chewed out (hehe) by my dentist for eating candy like that.

Liz, he is holding a scythe, I hope I spelled it right. I never could pronounce it though. It was used to harvest wheat back in the 19th Century.

I don't know how everyone survives without a driver's license. I have to drive everywhere. But, Gina, if I lived in NYC I wouldn't drive. Big cities scare me. More than Voldemort does!

The reason that the distilled water explodes is because distilled water doesn't boil...tap water boils because of impurities....the energy has to go somewhere...

Liz - did you ever see the film Urban Legends? I they had a scene about a dog in a microwave. I think I could go my whole life without ever seeing THAT again.

So, if distilled water doesn’t boil because it’s pure, then where does the energy go? Can it freeze? I thought all water could be found in 3 states. Solid, liquid, and gas. Granted, I am failing chemistry, so I need this explained to me in very simple terms.

Is anyone here dressing up as a HP character for Halloween?
