Interesting words, Julia and Choices! Had to look them both up.

nitwit > Titian
(Sorry about the proper name; I tried lots of combos and just "ran out of gas." If someone else has a better one, you can discard mine and put in yours.)

Titian > tahini
Solitaire, I think proper names are fine, besides Titian is also the name of a colour.
Mona, I love this game because it adds to my English vocabulary all the time.

Re: Change One Letter, Vol. III
tahini > hating
Julia, I am a lover of words. I have a pretty hefty vocabulary of what I like to call $50 words (the kind one uses to impress/intimidate people), and I have a casual acquaintance with more than a few $100 words (the kind that are really only pulled out for crossword puzzles and Scrabble games with very esoteric opponents ... and this game, of course). Even so, an occasional word appears here that is nowhere to be found in my absolutely battered, 4-inch thick, old faithful 1959 version of Webster's New World Dictionary, College Edition. Sometimes I have to visit 2-4 additional dictionary-type websites to discover whether a particular collection of letters really IS an actual word!
So ... yes, this game definitely can challenge the vocabulary!

Snape's > snakes
Anytime you can use an HP related word, it's not only allowed, but applauded.
