The Guardian have released some photos showing a sneak peek of the kinds of things that will be included in the exhibition. The details are incredible. So much stuff has been created which may have had just a few seconds in the background of a scene. The prop for Charity Burbage is horrifyingly realistic. Here's the link:

Why couldn't this have opened when I was still in the UK?

Thanks for the link, Verity! The cutlery on the table in the Great Hall looks remarkably like some I saw years ago, pre-HP movies, in two very nice home furnishing stores in the US called Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel. Who knew they were HP-esque!

Re: Leavesdon Warner Bros Studio Tour
Went on the tour yesterday and loved it. Highly recommend it to anyone who is going to be around London. The sets and props are amazing and they did a really good job putting it together as a cohesive experience. Took about three hours to go around. If I were going again I wouldn't have bothered with the digital guide, but other than that really great.

Thanks for that information, HC85. Unfortunately I'll never get there, but it was nice to hear about it. Glad you enjoyed it.

Ooh, HC85, now I'm jealous! It's only just opened, hasn't it? You must have been one of the first to see it. Was it hard to get tickets? What were the other visitors like? (I'm thinking back to when I went to the Wizarding World and how infuriating it was listening to people in the queue who had clearly never read the books!) Were you allowed to take photos?

Re: Leavesdon Warner Bros Studio Tour
Its been opened about a month, we ordered the tickets back in October. But some friends are coming to the UK over the summer for the Olympics and we had a look at the ticket site and there are plenty of tickets available.
The crowd seemed to be very up on the books and movies, aside from some parents who were clearly dragged there by their children.
You can take photos and the place is really well lit so they come out very well - even from a phone.
