It sounds like something either Ron or Draco would ask, as it is sarcastic (Ron) and a bit smart-alecky (Draco). I imagine it is in Hagrid's COMC class, talking about Blast-ended Skrewts, in GoF. I think Hagrid wants the kids to "walk" them.
(Doesn't Rita Skeeter call them bang-ended skrewts? So much for journalistic accuracy ... LOL)
