I'm OK with the wording changes suggested on my addition (quite a few posts back). I'd quote it but for some reason, my browser won't load the entire thread. Must be a full moon.

capable of figuring that out

Harry didn't shake Draco's hand... I bet Ron would have something to say about Harry's ... politeness. When I ran a hangman puzzle recently, I picked the quote Harry says about 'telling who the wrong sort was' because I always think of it as his first bit of -ness. I remember really beginning to like Harry and his pluck then. Go Harry!

Love your HP-themed posts left update tickers, VW. Update #11 coming up... should I set-it up like a moving staircase?

Edit: Verity, to use what I think is cricket nomenclature , you've bowled just over a century-and-a-half in this game!

"

"And then?" Lily and Hugo

Chapter notes:
Verity Weasley wrote:Hermione told them they should start to get changed, but they didn't. They carried on talking, then Draco and his goons came in because he'd heard that Harry Potter was on the train. (Added: the goons try to take Harry's food, Ron leaps forward.} Scabbers bit Goyle on the finger. Hermione came back. Then they were slowing down as they arrived at Hogsmeade so finally changed into their school robes.

Puck, I guess you didn't see the ticker message that's scrolling along near the bottom of my previous post?

Harry's speaking, right? Shouldn't it be 'our' defense? And not 'their'?

Edit: Ahhhh... the defense of the Chocolate frogs, and not Harry and Ron! D'oh! Better go change my latest post... QUICK!

Spoiler:
... think of Peter or Pettigrew or Wormtail or that traitor or whatever as Scabbers. I know we're getting close to 2,000 words, but, I dunno, I think the adult Harry would say something like that, remembering when things were relatively simple. And then get back to the action and conclusion of our story! We can go over a bit, if we need to.

Oops! Hi, Puck! You changed it... phew!

I was referencing how the 3 Slytherins ran away, and Hermione walked in again, uninvited, and probably saw the Slytherins zooming off.

Puck, if you're still there, I'm not sure of this sentence:
"Yes, "Hermione laughed. "I remember rat," Hermione concluded. I dunno... doesn't sound right to me.
