Interesting story idea!
Prof. McGonagall's reports look amazing! Well done, PAH!
I love taking part in stories like that. It's a fun way to explore the well-known characters in a new light. It is also fun to draw parallels between Hogwarts and real life schools by putting a real life school situation into Hogwarts environment. We could try writing about a regular Hogwarts staff meeting one day (like at the beginning or at the end of the year)...
One thing I noticed in the story: In Lavender's report, levitation is mentioned, which is a Charms skill, not Transfiguration. Apparently, nothing escapes Minerva's attention. LOL.

I'm confused and maybe I'm missing something 
..but I don't really see how the 'although' counters/relates Fudge's successful speech to DD wanting to be Headmaster. So, in order to come up with 5 words that made some sense to me as a follow-up, I opted for a break in Fudge's writing for a quick burst of narration before we go back to his writing.
