Still not there. Don't think of the riddle as a whole. While it does make some sense that way, I was thinking more of breaking down the word. Each line gives you part of it.

Am I out of my place?
I better get out of here -QUICK!

Guessed: Scabbers fleeing from Crookshanks, Accio!, Apparition , Golden Snitch, Dobby doing the house elf version of apparating, The Hogwarts Express

Hint: Solve the lines separately, then put it together to find the answer. Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 464751818

Sorry Choices, but the first line does refer to a necessary ingredient for Floo travel. Moving in the right direction.

Clever riddle, Puck! Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 2752390508

The new one:

Three times seven without flight
When the moon is full and bright
Something like this may be tied
What was two now multiplied
Feeding with persistent greed
On the thing that all hearts need
Lost and found, stolen and used
(Many found themselves confused)
To crown it, you need one more
Nothing will be like before
Whatever you want to gain
Remember Cinderella's bane

It's another lovely riddle Julia, but I'm absolutely stumped. I didn't want it to get lonely though so I thought I'd throw in a guess. I've been pondering what might be 'Cinderella's bane.' Would it be her ugly step-sisters? Or her shoes? Or something else? I'm not sure of the significance of either step-sisters or shoes to the Potterverse but for some reason, a couple of the lines make me think of the Potter family. So, I'll get the guessing underway with that.

Is it the Potter family?

Thanks, Verity, for starting the riddle off with the first guess! Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 2752390508 The answer is not the Potter family, but it's an exciting guess! Finding out "Cinderella's bane" among the various possibilities (poor Cinderella Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 464751818) would be a great clue to the riddle, indeed.

Keep guessing, please.

Guessed: the Potter family.

Perhaps Bill Weasley? Bitten by a werewolf when the moon wasn't full? (The first two lines make me think of a month/one moon cycle.)

I'm also thinking that Cinderella's bane is time, as she had only until midnight.

Buckbeak? He was tied up without being allowed to fly until the night of the full moon, and many were confused about how he disappeared. Saving him was a race against time.

Puck, I love the explanation of your guess! In this light, most of the clues seem to fit wonderfully, but still Buckbeak is not the answer I'm thinking of. Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 2752390508

That is a great riddle and I must confess I am stumped. I think Cinderella's bane being time constraint (midnight) is interesting, but my first thought was that her bane was her step-sisters and step-mother who made her do all the dirty-work. So, I am going to throw out a guess - Hagrid's half-brother who was tied in the forest - Grawp?

Puck, the answer is not Horcruxes, but thanks for the guess! Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 2752390508

I have added a hint. Keep guessing, please.

Hint: The first one was for the worse and marred by an unfortunate mistake.

Guessed: the Potter family, Bill Weasley, Buckbeak, Grawp.

Well done Mona. Congratulations on solving the riddle. I was totally stumped. For instance, I thought this line

referred to love! Potty Games - Riddles Only (Vol. II) - Page 14 1003735042

I've got an idea about your riddle Mona, which is probably totally wrong, but I don't want to guess just in case it's right! There's no way I could do a riddle right now. So I'll just watch!

Tossing this our there...
